It has an easy to modify base with optional positioning components for optimal stability. The J2 cushions provide exceptional lateral and forward stability for individuals with changing needs or unique postures.
The JAY J2 Wheelchair Cushion is a lightweight, low maintenance cushion designed for a person with a high risk for skin breakdown, may not perform weight shifts independently, has had changing positioning requirements over time or uses a wheelchair most of the day.

The extensive selection of positioning components allows for even further customization. While the J2 comes with a Stretch cover standard, an Air Exchange or Moisture/Incontinence cover is available.
