ROHO AGILITY Max Contour Back Support System blends innovative features to provide comfortable support for wheelchair users without compromising functionality. The ROHO Air Floatation Insert enables individuals to adjust air volume for personalized comfort and supports postural changes.
The ROHO AGILITY Back Shell is designed to flip, accommodating wider torsos and broader shoulders. This wheelchair back system offers a wide range of customization options, including tilt angles (up to 15 degrees forward or backward), depth, width, and vertical adjustments to meet specific positioning needs. Various contours are available for optimal postural support.
The ROHO AGILITY back stays secure with unique interlocking teeth on the hardware, preventing slippage under load. Its hardware is constructed from lightweight, durable Zytel nylon composite material, known for high mechanical strength, even in high temperatures, and its resistance to abrasion, chemicals, and flames.
A spring-less, gravity-based lock system ensures safe attachment to the wheelchair, complemented by a safety latch for added security. Tested to withstand rigorous conditions, including 100,000 cycles at 300 lbs (136.0 kg) of force, it exceeds industry standards and is suitable for wheelchair use in motor vehicles.
The Agility wheelchair back can be easily removed for transport or storage, even with limited hand dexterity. Reinstallation is quick and secure, with a one-piece cane clamp that fits various diameters and allows for fast vertical adjustment. Adjustments can be made while the individual remains seated, ensuring precise alignment with marked indicators for cane width, angle, and seat depth.
