Note: 17"-19" back heights are achieved with back height plus fold down push handles (which add 3" to back height): 17" back height uses 14" tall backrest with fold down push handles; 18" back height uses 15" tall backrest with fold down push handles; 19" back height uses 16" tall backrest with fold down push handles.
