Great Wheelchairs, I have owned 2 throughout my time both were 5r's with XTR SUSPENSION FRAMES. I highly recommend these if u have an active lifestyle or if bumps and rough ground causes you pain. These chairs are extremely well built my old one fell out of the back of a lifted truck twice going down the road at about 45-50 mph and it only scratched the paint nothing bent or broke i was blown away that it still rolled perfectly straight i continued to use that chair for 15 more years and still have it to this day for someone who needs one. My chair has mountain bike tires and is constantly having to take me off pavement through mud, grass, soft dirt, gravel, because i often need to be out in nature out of the city and this means dirt trails. If it wasn't for Quickie and these chairs i would never have been able to enjoy what makes me happy. Also if you aren't as active as me and u need a soft smooth ride because sidewalk cracks bump and cause you pain, or going from indoors to out doors the thresholds on the ground can be bid bumps causing you discomfort or pain then this chair is also for you. no where else will you get the options, quality, and warranty that Quickie offers. So take your time look over all the different options this chair has and find a dealer who will go through them and help explain all the benefits of each if they cant or try to sell you on another brand. I recommend finding a different one. I myself had to go through 3 different wheelchair retailers before i found the right one. Quickie is the undisputed best chair out there period. so keep that in mind when talking with these people. If they say different they are out to just sell you what they want, so not all medical supply dealers are there for you.
